The 10K Course

The challenging course loops throughout the city of Oneonta. It includes a one-mile climb up through the State University College at Oneonta campus and a corresponding downhill passing Hartwick College.


The 5K Course 

The new 5K course begins at the same start as the 10K and follows the same route along James Lettis Highway.  At Main Street the 5K runners will make a left turn onto Main Street and a quick left onto Grand Street, veer right onto Division Street which turns into Market Street.  At the end of Market Street, the runners will make a left, travel over the viaduct and make a left back into the park.  After a loop around the pond, the runners will finish at the same finish line as the 10K runners.


The Two-Mile Stroll Route

The stroll route will start with the 10K and follow the 10K for approximately the first mile and and half, then will proceed west on Main St. to Grand St. and return to the park.


The Fun Run
 

Children get a chance to do something healthy too!  The Fun Run is for children 10 and younger.  There are three age-grouped runs in the park, all ending at the Pit Run's finish line.  All participants recieve prizes, and refreshments are available.  The Fun Run starts at 9:45am sharp, there's no registration needed!
